Our Pilates classes are booked in convenient blocks of six sessions, making it easy for you to commit to a regular practice and see real progress over time. If your preferred day or time is fully booked, don’t worry! You can simply add yourself to our waiting list by registering your interest here, and we’ll notify you as soon as a space becomes available.

Classes are run by Ciara (Mondays and Sundays) and Esther (Tuesdays). To read more about your instructors click here.
